My wife was telling me about a Post-it-sized note that you could give to someone to spread hope.
I had never heard of S.M.A.C.K. packs prior to this conversation, and my wife was trying to explain the validity of purchasing our first pack. I wasn’t sold and questioned how someone would spend money on something like that. Boy, do I look like a fool now.

The ability to customize any card, to give it a unique burst of hope for whoever received it, began to work its way into my consciousness.
Spreading messages of affirmation, compassion, and kindness aligned very closely with what I was working on in creating the podcast. After taking the time to learn about Michelle’s mission with her creation of S.M.A.C.K., I knew she would be a perfect fit to speak on the podcast. The rest is history.
Since my change of heart, I’ve bought multiple S.M.A.C.K. packs and have used them for everything from lunchbox inspiration to heartfelt notes during times of desperation. I’ve utilized the uplifting messages to help spread light in a world that, at times, can seem so dark.
